Martine is recognized as being one of the leading specialists for legal, tax and compliance recruitments in French-Speaking Switzerland.
Martine holds a law degree from the University of Fribourg and was admitted to the Bar in Geneva. She began her legal career in law firms in Geneva and London and went on to work as an in-house counsel in a multinational corporation.
As she was eager to utilize her legal knowledge and her broad professional network, Martine founded her first recruitment firm in 1993 which then became Alec Allan & Associés SA in 1999 when she entered into partnership with Linda Allan.

Marc-Antoine GLAUSER
Partner, Senior Recruitment Consultant
Lawyer and consultant who specializes in legal, banking and financial recruitments, Marc-Antoine joined Alec Allan & Associés in 2008. His thorough knowledge of banking and finance as well as his wide contact network make him an essential recruitment consultant in Geneva.
From 2002 until 2007, Marc-Antoine has been working first in internal audit and thereafter for the legal department of Crédit Suisse for the French-speaking Switzerland area. At the end of 2007, Marc-Antoine joined the legal department of BNP Paribas (Suisse) where he worked for a year before joining Alec Allan & Associés.
In January 2018, Marc-Antoine was elected as Judge in the Labor Court in Geneva.

Emilie JORET
Partner, Senior Recruitment Consultant
Holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rouen and Arnhem Business Schools. Emilie settled in Geneva in 2008 and since then, she has held various recruitment consultant roles in Europe within major international recruitment firms.
She joined Alec Allan & Associés in January 2014 as a recruitment consultant for Banking, Finance, Administration & Support Functions.

Linda ALLAN
Co-Founder, External Consultant
Linda joined forces with Martine Gauderon Alec and they decided to create Alec Allan & Associés in 1999.
Today, Linda is responsible for recruitments in Communication and Marketing, Education and General Management.
Linda studied Literature and Political Science at the University of Geneva. Earlier, she worked on special missions for the Swiss diplomatic service in Bern before getting acquainted with international executive search in a leading English firm between 1984 and 1991.

Marie LABELLE
Recruitment Consultant
Marie joined Alec Allan & Associés in January 2016 as a recruitment consultant. She is responsible for recruiting for positions in Human Resources, Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics and Customer Service.
Marie holds a French diploma in Human Resources and followed a course in Business Administration in Finland.
She has professional experience in both external and internal human resources. She began her career within the Auchan Group where she was responsible for training missions, recruitment and HR administration.
In 2010, Marie joined a recruitment firm in Paris specializing in the Retail sector as a research associate. From 2012 to 2015, she progressed to the role of recruitment consultant for Procurement, Sales and Logistics.

Clémence holds a Master’s degree in Luxury Marketing and an HR Certificate. She joined Alec Allan & Associés in 2016 as a Research Assistant. Based on this experience, she became a Recruitment Consultant in 2020 for Real Estate, Construction, Logistics and Retail positions.

Anaëlle is a qualified lawyer and holds an LL.M in International Dispute Resolution. Anaëlle started her career in law firms in Geneva and London as well as at the Geneva Court of Justice. Eager to combine her knowledge of the profession and her network, Anaëlle joined Alec Allan & Associés in 2021 as a consultant. She is dedicated to the legal and banking sectors.

Jelena KUTIC
Accountant
Jelena joined Alec Allan & Associés in 2012. She holds a CAS in Accounting, Management and Taxation.
With her strong background as administrative manager in a major Parisian law firm, she joined Alec Allan & Associés and became the Accounting, Office and Human Resources Manager of Alec Allan & Associés and its sister companies.
